Hello, although a railway enthusiast, I know nothing about garden railways or their gauges. Having said that, I have a large amount of flat-bottomed bulkhead rail for disposal, 365 feet of it to be precise. It is brass but heavily tarnished. When cleaned the shade does suggest it is the old 60/40 brass as opposed to the more modern 70/30 alloy. It is larger than your average rail and measures 12mm wide at the flat base, almost 15mm tall and the width of the top is about 6 to 7mm. The rail comes in 12 foot lengths – I am open to offers and also suggestions as to which site I should really be on etc. Apologies in advance, Paul
